Hunt, who will present her agenda for reigniting our national commitment to science & technology.   "Now, more than ever," says Dr. Hunt, "we need to engage the next generation in the exciting and challenging field of science. Dr. Hunt, a graduate of Smith College with high honors in Chemistry, earned her Ph.D. at the University of California, Davis working with Professor Alan Balch. After an NIH Postdoctoral Fellowship at Yale University applying NMR spectroscopy to biological systems, Dr. Hunt joned the Rohm and Haas Co. where she has risen to the position of Leader for Technology Partnerships (Emerging Technologies).  She is active with the Council for Chemical Research's Esearch Investment Network and was an organizing member and continues in implementation of the Vision 2020 Nanotechnology Roadmap
