The University of Maryland is currently accepting applications for two environmental policy faculty positions in the School of Public Policy. The school is very interested in attracting applicants with strong backgrounds in science who are dedicated to applying that knowledge to solving pressing policy issues, particularly in the areas of energy, climate change and technology assessment. The closing date for best consideration of applications is October 15, but the search will remain open until the positions are filled.

There are some great opportunities for interns and volunteers at the national office.  Hours are flexible and -- depending on the position -- a small stipend may be available.
